Anyone witnessing behavior like this should feel morally obligated to call the DEC. In this day in age we all have cameras and video on our phones too. This is actually the time to use it. To me this is like knowing that someone is being abused and not calling the cops. If you don't do it who will??? Its time to put up or shut up on this topic. If we all know its happening the DEC phone should be ringing off the hook all week long. They WILL take notice; we just need to do our part!! Dial the number, DON"T LEAVE until an officer arrives! He will most likley want a statement from you. If you can get a clear video that would be the cats azz!
