The time to legally start fishing actually changes everyday, because the fishing start time is "one half hour before sunrise". Official sunrise usually changes every day by anywhere from 1 to 6 minutes. You are allowed to fish until "one half hour" after sunset, so that time changes daily also. Hope this helped.

Being a spin fisherman and working towards fly fishing this season for Steelhead I've noticed a lot of guys with fly-rods but using mono with no real fly line. What's up with that?
