niagra river, is it worth it

is the niagra river affected by all the rain weve been getting, was going to give it a shot this weekend by boat but wasnt sure if it would be worth it. i live in rochester so its about an hour to an hour and a half to get there and really dont want to tow my boat there for a muddy mess, please someone help me out here, thanks

Generally the rain has little effect on the Niagara.Strong winds that muddy up lake Erie's shorline will cause the Niagara to muddy up.
