got back monday from my very first trip to the Vega$. beautiful city, extremely clean (believe it or not), lots of things to do. didn't gamble as much as i wanted too, but had a great time anyway. there will be a next time.
saw a CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, http://www.treasureisland.com/mystere/mystere.aspx show, awesome is an understatement.
attached are just a few pics from the city and our red rock canyon experience.
if you haven't put vegas on your list of places to see yet add it now.

Nice Vegas pics! I am going in April for the 5th time in as many years and I never get tired of the place. Those were some cool pictures of Red Rock, but I don't think I've ever seen a cloudy day like that in all the times I've been out there. Did you take a tour to Red Rock or go on your own. I might check it out when I go in April.

We live less than 2 hours from Vegas, so needless to say we have been out there numerous times. Our first time we knew some people who knew some people;) and they got us a free stay at the Hard Rock...AWESOME! Swim-up bars are the best! We have been there 4-5 times, and always have fun, but always leave with a migraine. Suggest limiting your intake, but I can say one thing, always someone famous around. Whether it is a porn star or an actor, you will see someone! Vegas is one of a kind!

I beleive its called the Chicken Ranch, about 1 hour out of Vegas,by car, some of the cabbies will furnish a MENU,and drive you there if asked.

been there many great times. I was supposed to go next week again but I cant because I took a better job at the store. Saw phish play there 3 times, played in a World Poker Tour Event, but rarely saw daylight. Vegas is the best.

My cousin lives there, he picked us up and drove us over, about 30 min’s. outside the city. Beautiful area, lots of easy climbing with breathtaking scenery. A lot of the desert area in the park was burned out due to fires started by lightning. Temp’s were in the upper 60’s. the day we were at red rock there were a few fronts passing thru, unseasonably chilly with some light rain.

valley of fire is great
red rock is really nice for hikes
some of the old mining towns to the south are worth the visit
i'm not much into vegas but the desert around it is an awsome place to explore ;)

What do ya wanna spend ?
It goes from givin it away(or I mean a few drinks) to big bucks $$$$$,whatever ya want, chances are ya can find it in Vegas.
If one goes to some of the more popular clubs they got it all.
