I have been trying to convince my wife to move up to the finger lake area for 2 years now. We are both sick of this rat race called Philadelphia.
Only thing for me is finding a job that matches my background.
I'm still jealious.:o

Screw the job that matches the background--the trick is to find one that allows you to keep living the same,in a cheaper environment;)

I agree. I want to find a secure job in manufacturing that will let me take care of the family. What do you think as far as job availability, Rochester or Syracuse. We looked at houses near Cross Lake and Oneida, but not out west yet and I am interested to figure it all out.
I think I almost have my wife convinced :jawdrop: what a better life we all could have in CNY.
