Live Video Stream for Below Altmar Bridge

I recall reading in LO Outdoors (Troy's mag) I think thats the name that he/ they are putting in a live video stream on the Altmar bridge facing down stream and it will be available on his website. Anybody else read that or know of any updated information?

Yankee fly shop has one you pay for. Troy is working on one maybe around Sept 12-13. He has been out on the lake doing well with big fish and hasn't gotten it running yet.
