WOW! What a day! Snagger started in the town pool area on Thursday night and Friday. In a 100 yards he pulled out 6 full bags of trash!! Then we all met at the ball park right on time. 10am Saturday morning. I was happy with the amount of people that showed up. We got a good clean up from Altmar to the ballpark. If we had a few more people we could have done a little more but most everyone was getting run down so we called it a day. The most interesting thing we found on the river were 3 55 gallon empty drums of stuff from the hatchery. Maybe the DEC can use them as garbage cans at the access points.

A special thanks to all the Buisnesses and Guides that helped make this happen.

Special thanks to:

The 1880 house http://www.1880house.com/ for there killer deal on rooms!

Snagger

Thank you all for taking time out of your lives to help out a place you love to be at. If everyone can just take a garbage bag with them when they go fishing and pick a few things up the river will look even better than what it looks like now. There is a special gallery at http://www.salmoncrazy.com/vgallery/browseimages.php?c=27 that will have all our pictures up shortly

Again thank you all from all the Staff at SC.com for making this happen!! :D

Cray, great job at organizing all of this. These things take a certain level of passion, time, drive, and commitment…my hats off to you sir.

It was my pleasure to help, and it was nice to meet each of you. These "grass roots" events are what builds strong relationships, and great communities. I encourage everyone to try and help in whatever way you can next year...and so I say now…sign me up!

Tim...it was great to meet and work with you...please tell me that you were able to develop the picture of that special treasure we found in the parking lot? The owner may wonder where they went.
