View Full Version : How Much snow on the ground?

How much snow is on the ground up there. I just checked the 10 day forecast and it looks like a nice warming trend next week. I hope I can get up there.

Last night the most snow hit south of us towards cicero & N.Syr. At my house on rt 13 there is bare ground in spots with a few drifts. Up around Altmar there may be 6 inches at the most on average. Next week things should really start getting good with the warmer temps. :D

That's good news. Not too much run off to lower the temps. Just got the OK from the wife. I'll be up Friday 3/10 sometime.

I live in Northern Genesse county. And we have bare grounds with some snow in the shade. Up in Kent there is NO SNOW AT ALL. i was up there last week when we picked up about an inch or so and the sun was out their. Might be some snow at the end of Oak and in Olcott. If you want give me a PM when your about to come up and i'll check out some streams for you.

Thanks for the info. I usually don't fish the western tribs. Too long of a drive from Philly area. If I go I will definately PM you.

2-3" on the ground around town.
