He does do nice work. Are those pics from him prior to epoxing? If they are not then hes got the magic touch with the brush

Ditch...yes, the clear coat is already on the rod, Hamj took the pics. Thanks for the kudo's on brush work...I hold the rod in one hand and rotate it while applying the slow build varnish. Takes about 7 to 8 coats before she's done.

JC...that blank came from H&H and is one of their original IM6's. Unfortunately, they were discontinued last year, but I've got several other blanks that are nearly identical.
