Awesome fish!!! But it dont look like 44lbs....More like 30-35lbs. My big steelie was 39" 23.5 lbs and girth was 22 1/2>))>

Probably worth the rod fee, guide, license, etc. Most days aren't like that though, even on the Skeena ... I guess I prefer the Ontario and Erie tribs and BS'ing with you guys even if we have to go elbow to elbow with the snagging contingent from time to time ... also, guides/drift trips on the SR are much more reasonably priced than the BC, Alaska, Siberia stuff ... where getting there ain't half so much fun ... enjoyed the vid on the other thread tho :cool: ...
