hey guys , i know short notice, i lost my recipe for my smoked salmon, a brine, i like to soak my fish before putting them in teh smoker, anyone got any fairly easy brines? nothing to extravigent, sorry my spelling sucks

this one is good.2gallonsof water 1lbcanning salt 1/2lb brown sugar.mix until disolved than soak your fish.
