Well I screwed up some eggs some how, and they look like prunes.
So I did some searching and found an article that said if you eggs freeze when drying them you can fix them with a soak in kosher salt. I figured I got nothing to lose so I gave it a shot. They plumbed right back up in a few hours. They got soft too. So Im going to try and re cure some of them and judt dry the others. Any thoughts?
