Moocher Reel

Since I am tapped in to what I think is a great resourse of very knowledgable fishermen/women (or is fisherperson politaclly correct LOL) here .. here is another question.

I was just on Cabelas website checking out centerpin reels and they have centerpins and moocher reels lumped together.

Whats a moocher reel ? is it different than a centerpin or basically the same thing.
