I think this is my first time posting a picture in a thread so bear wtih me. I went out yesterday in my relatively small 17' cc boat to a very near shore spot looking for bluefin tuna...and guess what...i found them!!:D Hooked 4, landed three. Got one on the troll and two casting 7" Fin-S on the surface to breaking fish. Just thought I would make Shane a little more motivated to get his assdown here. Here is one of the pics!!

CT, just right click on the pic on your computer an edit it. you can stretch and skew it to get it to the size it needs to be. just don't go in uneven percentages.

Dude, I rode the short bus to computer school. I was told the file is too big and I don't know how to shrink it. I'm using the Kodak imaging program. Help me Cray Comp guru!

Do you have any image editing software? you may be able to do it with that kodak app. Can you export or save it out for emailing? Sometimes it automaticly resizes.

CT - if you are using the Kodak software, open the pic, then save as 75% or even 50% and retry... That should automatically shrink it for you..

I rode the same bus as you when it comes to those pictures...

I'm glad you caught some fish. Navigation in such a small boat is very dangerous. Next time give me a call and I will come out and make sure everything is ok.:p Seriously, that is awesome, nice job.

CT- Cool Pics. Don't blame you on keeping the location foggy. Too much info can be dangerous. I take a 17ft. aluminum out for in shore stripers in NJ & have thought it would be nice to go for the tuna. Need a few more feet of boat to feel comfortable for that though.

Hope you have your permit(s) in order and you stay within the limit. No permit and any fish over the limit will cost you $2000.00 per fish if you get caught. Nice catch though.

I'm good on the permit thing. But thanks anyway.;) That one fish per boat thing really sucks. Size wasn't an issue though. All fish were greater than 27" CFL.

I'm on the General. Can't keep any bluefins smaller than 73 inches and have to comply with all of the commercial rules for safety gear.
