Happy Birthday Pin!!
PS I got my Mykiss. Cant wait to try it out. I heard some decent reports from the greentown area, thinking on giving it a shot there in the VERY near future. If not, I will just have to wait for some steel to break the Mykiss in!
Enjoy your day!

Thanks Guys.
Just got back from a week's vacation at Sodus Point. Not a bad way to spend the week of my b-day. Spent most mornings trolling for the big boys, most afternoons draggin bait for smallies with my 5 year old son, and most evenings drinking with my family and freinds.
Here is the fishin rundown.
The bait is back. The chinnies and brownies were hitting like they did 10 years ago. No real monsters but it sure is nice was nice too see the rod bouncin. Heck who am I kidding, every one of those salmonoids is a down right trophy. Took most of the fish on watermelon and black and purple spoons. But, that is what I drag the most. Stayed mostly between 120 and 180 fow. I took one nice brown is 70 fow 50 down in 77 degree water at the ball. That bait will make fish do the darndest things.
The bass fishing was simply awesome and my son is addicted. I'm going to have to run him back up in a couple weeks. I was calling him the "the crane" because no matter what the bass was doing he just kept cranking them up. The true trophy was the smile and excitment my son had with every bass he caught.
Tight lines,
