Spiders are how search engines get there listings. They have always been there. The new version of our forum software just identifiys which spider it actually is. :) Its funny how each search engine names their spider. Like Google just has: Google Spider. Yahoo has: Yahoo Slurp Spider. etc.

A spider is just a small program that scours every website on the net for relevance on the web and for changes and updates. This allows you to get better and more updated search results.

P.S. See you guys learn something everyday here... you guys will be tech geniuses before you know it! :)
