That home has been on the MLS for over 2 years.
If you take 13E, just before Kathy's there's a cut off(Pulaski St. I think).
The house on the triangular corner is it. Originaly the house listed for @340K. When I looked at it last year they were asking 279K. The property is broken up, and is NOT on the river.

You have to consider ease of turn over. If you do a MLS search...........That house may as well be 2.7 Mill.
