Salmoncrazy Hats!! Update!!

Just got off the phone with the new embroidery company. After months of getting the run-around I decided to change to a local vendor with a slightly better track record. :) I am going to drop off the artwork tomorrow to be digitized which she informed me would take no longer than a week and 1/2. Once completed she will give me a test swatch for my approval. In the meantime I will be checking out the hats and getting ready to order. What I think I am going to do is... select the hat style and colors and post some photos so you all can decide what color you want... then I will set up an order form and payment system via paypal. I will then get them ordered and out to you guys asap. Thanks for being patient with this. I wanted a nice hat since I am such a hat guy myself and didn't want to get something cheaply made. I think we will finally get something accomplished with this new vendor. They are local here in Allentown, PA and are one of the top 10 embroidery shops in the US, so I think we are in good hands. Like I have posted previously, we will probably keep to 3 maybe 4 colors max. (more likely khaki, green, black, and possibly navy blue) I will keep you posted... and feel free to post any suggestions etc. Thanks guys.

I never saw that guy on TV. But I must admit I gave up watching them fishing shows cause they are 27 mins of commercials and 3 mins of fishing footage...
I realize they have to make $$ via advertising, but they are like PIMPMYEVERYTHING to the viewing public...

Yeah - I shoot tree rats on weekend mornings when I am home - right from the kitchen table through the "open" sliding glass door.... anything wrong with that?? LOL The turkey buzzards and yotes have to eat.

I just finished up with the embroiderer today. Hopefully in about a week I will start taking orders. Since they will be made to order, I will have to get a rough count next week sometime to sure up pricing etc. We are probably looking at 4 colors to choose from with corresponding contrasting thread colors. Khaki, Navy, Moss Green, and Black. I will have photos next week for you and an order form to follow. Stay Tuned. Any questions just post away or drop me a PM.

salmoncrazy hat sounds good, green is the color for me. like wooly said I don't want a hat that is to small that it might cut the circulation off in my head. I had a hat that was to small one time and now I think thats why some of my post are a little off. got to see the hats in each color frist I don't want to end up looking like elmer fud. :) lol
