Dear Cecil,
Ole man winter heard you were sad. So he made a special delivery of snow to my doorstep. The great weathermen we had predicted 3-6 inches last night-well put a 2 in front of that = 2+ feet of snow . We shall be getting regular deliveries all week to add to our misery  but you should be delighted :) . What's odd is Altmar only recieved less thean half of his delivery, but if you want just head about 4 miles north and you will find the rest. I thought you would like to know, someone should be happy abut all this white s&it.

Shane - your place must have been right on the finger of that Lake Effecter.

I find it amazing how you can go just a few short miles and see 2feet here, 1 foot here, nothing there...

Cecil - start your engine dude!!!!!

Yea we got the finger from it all right. That little flying one  . Enough so that it royally screwed up my weekend fishing plans. By the time I dug out yesterday we didn't get on the water until 1:30. And then to see Altmar with less then 10 inches really made me- I almost feel like doing some icefishing this week- look out mr. crappie here I come :D

I guess I cracked the nut! :p huh? My bro and his band of muaraders have been ganging up on Chaumont & Black Lake. Good days mostly although they have been moving around alot to stay on em'. That snow on the pond will be blowin' to the shoreline. I figure it should freeze up Ok, it might take a little longer but not to much. Come up and I'll take a road trip N with ya and well find the promise land= snow & ice.

I live about 4 miles N of Altmar and that puts me 4-5 miles east of the creek. We have a big bulls-eye on us from that giant snowgun of a biatch. I'm sure pts. south are going to get there's soon enough.

My buddies from Poughkipsie(sp) are on there way up right now, we will be blazin around Boyleston in a short. I geuss we make the best of it, if we can!
later man
