Just for the record. HOW DO I GET TO OSWEGO AND WHERE DO I FISH!!?? :o I was hoping to explore it this weekend and now with the water going down like Ref said. :wink: Sounds like a good time!!

The easiest way from PA is... after you go through Syracuse,
two exits past the Airport is 481 North follow this all the way to The Big O
turn left at the 1st light when you get to Oswego and you turn left at the next light. Find a place to park By Bridie Manor or the bait shop or by the powerhouse, there all on the left side within a 300 ydsafter your 2nd left. You can fish the wall / rocks down by the last bridge...(furthest south) from the lake. or head up to the dam spillway (close your eyes as you procede south till the walkway ends,,,, to view the snagillions this close may cause severe mental anguish) keep walking up the dam area. You may see some water you like...
If your coming from Pulaski... head west to rt. 3 go south it will run into 104 turn right (west) this will bring you into downtown Oswego. Turn left after going over the first bridge go a couple of blocks south you'll see the bait shop mentioned above... good luck and let us know how you do.

Is there any maps on the net about Osewgo?? There is tons of the salmon but I can't seem to find any about oswego.

There were fish o plenty at the lock 7 side of the Oswego river today...plus I saw a few hook ups at the bridge on the west side.

Hey CrayDaddy,,, If you go to OSnago,,you'll need a 20'net to net fish,skip the waders if ur fishing from the wall"YUK" i'd rather stay home than fish there,bring a spinning rod there dude,fly rod is no good there,my friend is doing 2 drift boat trips on it thur&fri. the weather looks like mother nature is going to be a real cold blower,good luck to you dude,hey go to Osnago college for some hotties :lol:
