Hey Lil I am sorry about your tooth! Get it fixed in a hurry so G-man doesn't get on his soap box about you being a toothless wonder!! (Just joking guys! To many hours in the woods for me!)

I do have a lagit question though. Are there any fish in the *****'s and does any one know where I might get some maps to them?? I am heading up to NY Oct 24-26. I have no idea who is going with me but I am going for sure.

Lil: how did you lose your tooth? Spiltshot coming back at ya at light speed?,lol Keep it up buddy, and the SR locals will adopt you as one of their own.....LMFAO...

Cray- I never fished the *****'s. I walked the Little Salmon once, but it is wee bit too small for my liking... Different strokes. I'd say just look at detailed highway map and then drive till you find access points... If the fish r there, I am sure you won't be alone....

Try www.topozone.com and www.mapserver.maptech.com/homepage/index.cfm
free topographoic maps you can print.
They go by landmark name and not street names, so all you have to type in is ***** creek NY etc. I have found some really obscure spots this way. They have te tiniest creeks mapped out

If you take rt 3 north from the estuary of the SR
go by the section called the elms theres a golf course there, a few miles
further there's the state access to the south *****.
if you continue north and take the first rt you will see state access sites.

North ***** is further up the road a few miles.

there is fish in but the #'s are very small

Not worth the trip yet....IMHO

Yep I my right front tooth fell victim to the almighty split shot. I had an emergency root canal yesterday and I will be getting a post and crown put in later this week before I head back up to the SR. I fit right in when I was in Pulaski. I'll post a picture later today.
