Today we announce the official start of the 2009 SalmonCrazy Steelhead Torunament. We got quite a few reports in today and yesterday that the early coho runs are starting. Seems as if they started around Wednesday and are still continuing today. As most of you know the cohos run fast and run hard. Sometimes make it from bottom to top in a single day. If you can find one of those miraculous days where you hit the early coho runs just right it can be the day of a lifetime. They tend fight hard and fight often. Take the time to watch the reports forum here and the news and you can catch it just right. They are spread out in the river now with a fresh push coming this am.
