SummerFest 2009 Is Officially Sold Out!

We have a limited number of tickets and once they are gone... they are gone!
(We have a total of 125 tickets available.)

Ticket sales will close on Sunday, August 29th at 8 pm. After that time no tickets will be sold.

This year's event will be held on Saturday, September 12th, at Fox Hollow Salmon River Lodge on Route 13 near Pineville. Fox Hollow is owned by Roger Wolfe. It promises to be a blast and better than ever.

After the success of last years system we will have two servings once again this year.

FIRST SERVING

- Half of a Roasted Chicken
- Corn on the Cob based on availability
- Salt Potatoes
- Pasta Salad

SECOND SERVING

- Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers
- Hot Dogs
- French Fries

ALL SERVINGS

- Soda
- Iced Tea
- Water

DESSERTS: The only thing we need anyone to bring is desserts. Fox Hollow will be taking care of everything so we can enjoy all of the fishing stories that will be going around.

The event will be BYOB for alcoholic beverages because of liability issues. Soda and water will be provided.

Due to current economic situations we are try to keep the cost to attend lower this year so everyone can join in on the action.

Cost of the Event is:

Adult - $25.00 per person
Children 12 years and younger - $20.00

RAFFLE TICKETS:
As one of the most notable hits at our annual SummerFest extravaganza, we will once again be selling raffle tickets at this years event. All proceeds from the raffle will go to hosting costs and the expenses of running SalmonCrazy. Our support has been so large that the number of raffle prizes has grown to a substantial amount. LODGING: Fox Hollow is also offering lodging for the event to us at $35.00 per person. Which is a great deal.

You can book your lodging for the event now if you'd like to before all the rooms are reserved. Give Roger a call and he'll help you out and accommodate you the best he can.

There are 6 Large Cabins that will sleep 8 people. There are 2 Smaller Cabins that will sleep 4 to 5 people, and there are 6 Lodge Rooms that will sleep 2 to 3 people. There is a minimum number of people required to fill the large cabins as would be expected.

There will be a cap of 125 people that will be able to attend this year so there will only be 125 tickets available for purchase. There will be no tickets held for reservation so whoever buys an available ticket secures their admittance as one of the 125 available to attend the event.
