Porterhouse on the grill but only if it as it has a good sized filet side on it.  My second choice and I can't even call it a second choice would be a ribeye.

In Vermont we are starting to get a few localy growen outlets for fresh beef nearest to Burlington is LaPlatte River Angus.  We even have a local burger place the specializes in LaPlatte River burgers.  Are any of you seeing the same thing where you live?

An old joke in progressive BTV is I belong to PETA People Eating Tasty Animals. Nothing better then a Porterhouse or a ribeye on the grill.  Forcast for Brulington is nice on Saturday and rain on Sunday time to break out the grill.
