We got some confirmed reports of a few kings entering the river already from George O’Brien of Trophy Angler and the DSR. Now I preface this news with the disclaimer to all newcomers —- RELAX…. it’s real early.
We always strive to bring your the Salmon River and Lake Ontario news first and this would all but qualify for that. In other news the Lake fishing has been spotty and captains have had mixed reports. All this being said its way too early to tell how this season will shape up.
I can say that the water gods have been good to us this summer and I hope that means no droughts and no floods. What I wouldn’t give for a simple yet regular season once again…
