I can’t believe how fast the off season has flown by this year. SummerFest is only 3 days away and we will be ready to officially kick off the 2008 salmon season with a bang!

I am so happy we bumped the festivities this season back a week. There are some fish in the river now and it will give all who attend an early shot of some kings and cohos.

Just some last minute reminders to all those attending.

• We will officially open the doors at 1:30 at Fox Hollow
• Chicken, Ribs and the rest of the main courses will begin serving at 2:30
• There will be a second serving of burgers dogs etc. at 6 PM
• Make sure you check in with either myself or one of the other staff members when you arrive for your all access passes.
• Don’t forget the DSR is offering all those who attend SummerFest $10 off admission Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Just check in at the entrance gate, they have a members list.
• Don’t forget to bring all your loose change!!!! The Raffle is HUGE this year. HUGE I say… we have gotten so many items after we posted that I don’t have enough room here to list it all. Just remember, you don’t want metalhead to buy all the tickets!
• Bring your favorite alcohol/beer!
• Good luck to all those in the pre-fest derby!

And last but not least I can’t wait to see you all there. We will have a record crowd this year and it’s going to be the proper way to kick off the season
