750 All Season? Huge Kings Showing Up On Big Lake O!

Just checking the morning reports and noticed that the SR is still running strong at 750CFS. I was just reminiscing about seasons past. When was the last time we had the quintessential salmon season? You know, great water conditions, good size fish and in good numbers? Its been a while I know that. Gottum has been reporting that the reservoir is full to the brim and it seems as if the Pulaski area has been getting rain consistantly for weeks. It looks as if we could have a banner year with good water conditions. Quite a drastic change from last season with the drought. No complaints from this guy. :)

The other big news in this infant season is the size of the kings that are starting to show up on Lake Ontario. There have been plenty  of 30+ lb salmon being boated on the lake. I know I am starting to get warmed up for this season. If you need more of an excuse to get your rod and reel ready check out some of the reports and photos from some of our SC Guide Sponsors.

Make sure you keep it locked here at SC! We will bring you up-to-the minute reports as the season progresses. You’ll hear it here before you’ll hear it anywhere.
